Matt Galat now underway: JaYoe 3.0, world trike tour!

Here is one of Matt’s VLOGs just prior to departure two days ago. For additional VLOG updates, visit the TA JaYoe page for 2017, or the JaYoe website. Below is one of his recent clips, where he discusses what he will be bringing along on his HP Velotechnik recumbent tricycle as he pedals around the entire planet:

As you read this, Matt is in Korea. More VLOG clips available here or here. Things are moving along quickly now folks! If you are a JaYoe fan, every day will bring new adventures, so be sure to check his VLOG page, where he will be putting up more of the progress clips than will appear on this Trike Asylum website. By the way, on his VLOG page, the newest clips are at the TOP!

About Wild Steve

Steve Greene is a naturalist, free thinker, and seeker of truth. He pursues absolute truth in all things, modifying his existence as supported by legitimate evidence. His ideological foundation rests on the respect of life, as he follows a path of health, serenity, and maximum functional longevity. He has authored eleven books, and is a noted authority on Death Valley National Park, human powered recumbent tricycle touring, health and fitness, and professional law enforcement. Steve has not owned a petroleum powered automobile since 2008, as part of his environmental preservation paradigm. He thrives on a whole food plant-based diet, exercises regularly (bodybuilding, hiking, cycling), and enjoys exploring the wilderness, beyond the bounds of human dominance. Harmony with nature tops his priorities.

I wish him lots of luck, and I am looking forward to his reports as he once again takes on this monumental challenge of circumnavigating the glob on his trike…! I wonder if he would sell me is trailer now that he is no longer going be using it… LoL…! By the way I think that was a bad move, as all he really needed to do is not load it down with excess sundries which was his down fall last time around… But as I said best of luck Matt…!

There was no mention of food in this presentation, so there must be enough little markets and restaurants along the way. But seeing as how he will be riding in new undiscovered territory, how would that be known ahead of time? I always carry a supply of energy bars, granola, and other foods, as I do not know where I’ll be camping each night. Perhaps Matt will discuss his food situation in a future VLOG (stands for video log, although these days, the video cassette is an obsolete medium for most of us with digital cameras – maybe it should now morph into DLOG, or digital log).
