So what is it about triking on this planet that calls to us? Adventure? Serenity? Being able to experience the wilds in ways ordinary car drivers will never know? It is all of these things and more … much more than can ever be typed into words on a keyboard.
For those of you who have taken journeys to special locales on a recumbent trike, these things are readily understood. For those who are contemplating the acquisition of a trike to bring you to new and exciting horizons, below are two photographs that might just light that fire in your mind.

Hello,
I’m lucky to have have found your site using the term “recumbent trike” with Google Alerts. I’m a recumbent TRIcyclist myself due to a severe bike accident. I no longer have the ability to ride a BIcycle. The head trauma I now have makes my balance horrible.
I’m very happy owner of a Sun EZ3.
I wasn’t aware that a trike can be ridden off-road, but the last picture here proves me wrong.
I’ll definitely bookmark your page and check in periodically!
Regards,
Cullen
